The whole place was spotless, I loved it, and had perfect staff and location. Location just off restaurants and night clubs and the beach. Also, it was a short way from quinta alegria shopping mall.

Decent place to stay while in Playa del Carmen. The breakfast was lovely, had lots of options and the food was great! Generally everything was amazing, even so the bathroom was cold. Staff where eager to help, they are all neat people.

Easy location with parking on-site. I enjoyed that the room was practical. Well-mannered folks. The breakfast had lots of food, like omelette and toast. Pool was amazing.

We had an ENJOYABLE time. Besides, there was free Wi Fi in the hotel. Just a 10-minute stroll to the centre.

The street was a bit noisy and that caused inconvenience.

Staff was AFFABLE, room was trendy and trendy. The location was the best, not too far from 3d museum wonders. Incredible view of rear. The staff did all they can for a fun stay.
